The jaw is a muscle just like anything else and it is developed through resistance training. by having to hold weight with your jaw you are applying resistance to it therefore breaking down the muscle and building mass over time.
also, it is possible to make your bones harder. you can change bone density through conditioning. Look up wolfs law and muy thai bananna tree kicking.

@cobramambarattler your an idiot ... flesh is something that just needs the right conditioning. like abs if worked correctly they can be solid , but the neck and jaw are definatly over looked by alot of fighter. I dont nessicarily recommend this work out but i recommend finding a way to strengthen your neck for you cobra that might be giving head,

oh and i do this but i just hang like 3 5's from my mouth and hold them. It seems like moving your neck around is just a neck workout but whatever I might be wrong it might isolate diff parts of the jaw or some stupid shit
