My point is, if UK a developed country with record of its inhabitants, NI numbers, all houses and occupant etc, still count vote manually, then it will take several decades for Nigeria to build database that's capable of handling computerised process. 'Rushing' into projects without genuine &adequate analysis is Nigerian's basic problem, not the UK. Failed projects include ID cards ($314million) and NigSatCom-1 ($340million). Read my first comment to understand how Nigeria wastes money because it want to suddenly be where America is. The software used in counting the america vote is developed in America. Can Nigerians develop their own in-house? How about power/electricity to run the computers? Nigerian need to do what is suitable, not what America is doing
