With all apologies to DeathBecomesHeather, I thought the scene was initially being backed by Super Furry Animals' "Golden Retriever". Then the vocal kicked in so that ended that speculation. Both songs do have a similar drum intro though.

And he needs to stop being a jerk on the new episodes cause she won't move in with him.
But it is Catherine's last year on Csi..which sucks! I love Catherine and I won't watch it again when she leaves
