SSH is a communication protocol that people with jailbroken iDevices can use to alter the files on their phone (even the system files). But the password by default is "alpine" and this means that if you leave it enabled all the time without changing the root password, anybody who can get on your phones network can login via SSH and download your data.
This app allows you to disable and enable SSH at will and is a good alternative to loading the always running SBSettings.
Dude, yeu shud hav told whether what actually SSH does and pros and cons of turning it on and off.. I hv this app in my iphone too but i dun know shyt what it does.. So for people like me, it will be quite helpfull..
This app is actually a really good little app for people who dont want the larger and heavier settings control apps loaded on their iDevice.
