You log on to the character that has the items you want transferred. You gift everything you want to transfer to a friend on xboxlive. You log off that character. You log on to the character you want the items transferred to. Your friend gifts you all of the items you gifted him (or her). You gift your friend a reasonable sum of gold (or alternatively, they get to keep something you gifted them). Depending on the number of items to be transferred, this can take multiple hours.

Here's what you do. Train to get exp., then use the exp. to level up. Get jobs, make money, buy better weapons. It takes time, but it'll make the game easier on you.
