Dominos gives me the best service out of all the pizza places in my town. They have this online thing that tells you if they are making it, cooking it, ispecting it, or delivering it.

dominos has not only never delivered a pizza to me in under 50 minutes, they have never delivered anything correctly. Forgot extras I paid for, wrong toppings, smushed and destroyed...and they refuse to give back your money.

I only order from papajohns now.

@dangerboy2001 YES. I'm sorry I didnt see your comment an hour ago. I ordered 2 large pizzas and they gave me pizzas that would've been mediums anywhere else, cut into 6 slices!!! Who the fuck cuts a large into 6 slices!? Not only that, it took 50 minutes to get here and I got no money off, certainly not free... Man, dominos is fucking terrible worldwide!!!

@AdamKaoru Because of Dominos, I make sure I only order with cash now (no matter who it is) because if they screw up I just send them away and order somewhere else... Pizza Hut has only screwed up once..aside from being like 5 minutes late. Papa Johns has never messed up my pizza, or been late, but they did forget my 50 cent extra dip once.

@dangerboy2001 I find pizza pizza to be the best now. I ordered a large 3-topping pizza, 10 chicken bites, and 4 pops. It was only $19.99 and get this, they got to my house in only 20 minutes!!! I couldn't believe how fast they were, plus they have a variety of delicious dipping sauces and they give 2 free sauces with that special. Amazing deal!

"You Got 30 Minutes" SUCKS! Our store has the pizza at your door usually within' 20 minutes and I have to hear people complain that it hasnt been 30 minutes yet! This is a serious complaint I get that I delivered it too fast! People just suck!

theyve got to be fucking with you. plus i know when i order i ask how long so i can have my money ready and stuff. if they get there when they said they would i tip them 10 dollars if not they get 15 percent.usually order 2 pizzas. if they get there early id be pumped i dont know what id give them then. haha

Well I know for a fact we usually say "20-30" minutes and I'd say 90-95% of the deliveries are there in that time even on a Friday night. Most of our orders go out the door in 12-15 minutes and no delivery takes more then 10 minutes to drive to in our area so that means usually you'll get it in under 20 minutes. People really have complained it was too fast, questioning if the pizza is even cooked good or if its a "messed up order" from a previous customer that was just sitting in the store!

I tell them "I can come back if ya want?"-lol. Its not most people but a few. If I really got tipped $10 everytime we beat the quoted time Id have some serious loot...unfortunately not everyone goes by your tipping method! :-)

i work at dominos and it is imposible to deliver a pizza in 30 minutes especialy on tuesday and what store do you work at cause at our store we quote 45 - 60 minutes

The commercial may be entertaining but the 30 minute estimate is complete garbage. I ordered from them 2 days ago and it came in an hour and 30 minutes and the pizza was cold. 30 minutes my ass.

Yeah when I complained to them on the phone they told me the same, that it was just an estimate. An hour and thirty minutes is far from an estimate though. They also tried to explain that the pizza would still be hot because of the thing (don't know the name) that they keep it in during the delivery. However the pizza was not hot when it arrived, kind of a dissapointment.

Next time that happens here is a little inside info. they will not give you a free pizza because it was "late". but they should replace or refund your money if there was a problem /w the product for example; cold, wrong toppings, wrong crust. just approach it that way
