I think it's a hard piece to play if you only have 1.5 years experience. Play it first slowely with notes... and ensure good guidance. You do have talent, but as it is harder, you make more mistakes.
How long have you practiced per day and how many days/months did it take you to become confident on playing the whole song? I'm currently stuck on the 1st page, so please reply asap! Thank you! :)
I have to say say, you are really talented, to play this after 18 months.. normally one should'nt even dare to think of playing this piece before 5 years. So I think you should still switch back a little to somewhat more suited pieces, and return to the heavy stuff in 2 years, you will see thats even more effective ;)
This is very pretty and I tend to be very critical of interpretations of this piece (because it is so difficult to play beautifully). Don't worry about your fluffs. It's not like it's a professional recording.
well done. i, like you, started late. I'm working on this piece now. I'm working on the 3rd section (after the octaves) where the first melody is repeated. the pedaling is tricky - lots of finger work. you played it well, especially for playing < 2 years. keep it up...
Thanks for the comment ! this piece requires a lot of work, I'm still having troubles with some parts even though i've been playing it for 6 or 7 months. check the video response , it is a recent one I made which is much better . good luck in your playing !

how about trying to play more slowly? -_- if it's hard... why do you insist on going so fast...

Is this a wind up, or a serious performance?

It was first try, not prepared, I was still in the learning polishing process.

its amazing how you can memorize it!

I started really late so sight reading is hard for me, playing by memory is much more natural :)
