There is no such thing as work Americans won't do. There are only wages American's can not afford to accept. Think about this. When an illegal alien worker gets sick, goes to the doctor but has no money to pay for his medical treatment...who pays? You do. When an illegal alien sends children to school but pays no taxes that support the school system, who pays? You do. There is no such thing as 'cheap labor"

In Texas, there are some people who will not hire American labors because they don't want to pay them the legal wage. I don't see where your comparison applies to them.
