springs are good but i kind of like the eletric of gas operated because if you are in a war (airsoft) and you wanted to go into the others base then the could get you since you would have to cock it everytime. But if you don't want to buy gas everytime then get the battery because it is the same idea as the gas but you only have to charge the battery instead of buying alot more

It's firmly attached, but you can just pop it of without doing damage. The reason that it's attached is because airsoft is completely legal in the USA (the spot where dem sell the thing) and if you walk around without this tip it's said that the cops are gonna completely fuck you up. But if I had an airsoft gun I'd definetely remove the tip as well.

And this is might be one of the better ones (although, its price is about $65 which currently equals about €42, and in Europe where I live a better spring pistol would cost about €60-€80). I think you can get something better, but this would be a good choice.
