The best way to get sand is using an EE "loop"

Each piece of glass may be transmuted into 3 pieces of sand, wich you can cook again, to have a 2 sands profit.

Of course, you can automate this system, and with a couple of induction furnaces and 6 automatic crafting tables, the you wouldn't believe the amount of sand you can get.

I used this to build a diamond factory, and now I can swim in a pool of light blue wonders. xD

@MkDamjance if direwolf is using a desktop, they're easier to cool. also, minecraft lags more the longer you use it. I bet if you hit CTRL+ALT+DLT, then you'll see that minecraft slowly increases the amount of memory it uses while its running. At times I'v seen it get up as high as 1,000,000+KB

For the power you need, you can use the 10 solar panels from the little crafting room. All the machines there you can better putt in the sorting room. You have then all things in the same room. And you don't need to walk up and down to get stuff if you forget stuff :D. I think also that you craft there more then in the crafting room.

The power of the solar panels that you don't use go to the mass fabricator. I think the the most time the power of the solar panels is not used.

Direwolf, did you already read my PM? If you build the described 'thing' you will have enough energy in just 15 minutes to build the 3 pieces of the quantum suit you like to use. You could even use the excess snow and put it in your recyclers. Just decrease the 1 second timer (its underground next to the lever) to something lower (but not lower than 0.4 otherwise the RP machines jam) and hook you recyclers up to the output of the block-breakers. Don't worry about explosions, the system is safe.

@direwolf20 direwolf! You should put chunk loading block all over your logistics pipe system, and then put 1 item teleport pipe connected to nothing there -> you could place down a Logistics ppe and an item teleport pipe where ever you are and get items from your system :D

follow these steps, it worked for me

1: get a new jar file (NEEDED!)

2: install all mods you want except for logistics and additional pipes

3: after installation of all other mods, put Logistics pipes on and launch minecraft

4: go into a world and make sure texture is there then exit minecraft

5: install additional pipes

6: profit

i did this exact thing both times i mad new jars and it works perfectly for me, hope this helps

To fix the logistics pipes when you need to reset their "memory", simply quit out and log back in. As far as I know, Krapht has yet to save the routing data of items, so you didn't have to break the pipes and repopulate them with items.

Hey, Direwolf. I noticed you keep running low on certain expensive materials, like gold and diamonds. You also have a ton of Alchemical Coal. Those are kind of expensive EMC wise. Just use a stack or two in your transmutation table and you should be able to get a ton of materials. Just my suggestion, because you keep using random things like cobble.
