If anything 00 is more like a modernized and improved version of Gundam Wing, given the fairly similar storylines.

Brad Swaile is a canadian voice actor best known for his roles as Nightcrawler in X2, Light in Deathnote, Setsuna in this and Adult Gohan in the dragoball series, only a canadian could handle so many great roles.
