I try making something similar, with butcher shop bacon and cut up mushrooms. I have a hard time mixing the noodles with the sauce, though. Last time I tried it, my first bowl was just noodles. On the other hand, I can't do the pan-flip and I'm scared to try. I REALLY don't want to screw up and splash hot oil on me!
