Invisible hand would have to calculate whether it's flat rate shipping, shipping distance from merchant to you, standard shipping, next day shipping, international shipping, etc. What I'm pretty much saying is that it would need a location service like to know where you're ordering from and it would have to know the urgency.......it's an extension not a mind reader!
