This song was written by Yoko Kanno but the singer is Scott Matthew, Yoko Kanno is the person who created the beat for this song and some of the lyrics. @skybeets The lyrics aren't random, they're actually tightly related to the GITS series/films. But I guess you could consider them random when you're not familiar with the GITS universe and the Major.

@AshesofHarumi Lithium is not only a strong medication for depressive people, it's also an element used in batteries and High-Tech stuff, so there could be various ways of interpreting these lines, all related to the Major somehow, which makes the song even more interesting.
