the fable series is supposed to be a fun yet deep game for the hardcore gamer.

kincet, move and all the other crap is not for real gamers who care about the plot and gameplay of there games, its for ten year olds.

if you add the option to use these systems in games that dont rely on it, its fine.

but if this game is somehow instead of fable 4 this will be the biggest mistake they have ever made.

Bottom line, I am a video game nut, I have played through every Fable game to date, and this game does not appeal to me. Even if it was not pure-Kinect, I would not be interested.

If stabbing an enemy with a swords means, "slapping" at the screen.... lol *sighs* ... than its even worse than I had originally thought, and I already thought this game was in trouble.

Lionhead, you tried, but sadly not enough. The promises you and Peter made to us from Fable 1 to now have failed hugely and though the Fable games are good, compared to what you promise us, they utterly fail to live up to their potential. Its time you hand Fable over to someone who can deliver on their promises. Bioware, Bethesda, and many other RPG strong companies can take over now, try again when you dont overhype the game.

@Mr12KABOOM It means you are basically on "rails" , like a Six Flags ride, you get in and it moves ahead or whatnot... you can't randomly roam, you fight from your rail position/closed area, and when you pass the area, the "rail" moves you along a pre-determined path, until you come across another fight, where you repeat the process, waiting to clear the area, and be moved along the "rail" ...

Now repeat 87 times, and you will have a good idea of this game.

Peter just recently said it will not be pure rail based, and apologized for making it sound like it was... but in general, I still think its a rail-based game. Wandering around the rail, does not take change the fact that its basically a rail-style game.

Does anyone know if there are bows/swords/guns?!? ...or is it just magiC? I did not see anything besides magic.
