  • stealth bombers are awesome.

  • should have bought a stealthbike :/

  • Cool bike but it's not practical for me to buy one because I'll able to use it only 5 months in the whole year other months we have a snow, so I better to buy a Land Cruiser for a little bit more money and by the way the whole this thing about electric cars and bikes seems to me like utopia. Batteries loose capacity very quickly in the cold weather conditions. I like the idea of electric but it's seems to me never will be a main stream.

  • URT, no decent mountain bike uses a unified rear triangle suspension design, because you have no rear suspension when stood on the pedals. Stupid design.

  • i dont have word to describe the level of retardation of this video...

  • u got passed by a jogger

  • What's up with the high pitched noise it was making?

  • These would be great for people who's wage is so low they should not even be driving a car. If you work at walmart or mc donalds or the grocery store you should have something like this although this is kind of expensive, hopefully in the future the price will go down and people who cant afford insurance will be able to get a bike like this.

  • @casinohijack Hmmm take out a $10,000 loan on a fast food wage, or i could buy that $800 car off craigslist

  • @regalgsme If you could get one for $2,000 it would be worth it as well if there are places where you can ride the thing. A lot of people ride bikes on the weekend where i live and there are special sidewalks just for bicycles in some areas so it could be economical if the cost of the bike was lower.

  • @casinohijack true, but i live in the hills of tennessee, id kill that electric motor on the first hill

  • @regalgsme Hit them up see if you can put it to the test, hopefully they will give you a bike for free and keep up with your use with the bike for business purposes.

  • bike still going well?

  • Hey, thanks for being an early adopter and paying the premium price for the privilege. Sadly the moped technology hasn't evolved much in the past several years but now with the 'green attitude' it will certainly get a boost (finally). I am a believer that we can achieve high efficiency with those machines and the Silicon Valley is a perfect place for that (mostly flat, lots of bike lanes). But IMO, the mountain bike form factor is more for the cool looks rather than efficiency...

    Cheers!

  • @94IAW Deadmau5 song: I Remember

  • It does look wicked but I converted my girls shopper for £120 with a 250w my1016 motor tied to a three speed front hub that goes up hills at 10mph does 20mph on flat and 29mph with some pedalling with a 20 mile range. I guess its all so new you pay through the nose I just expected more than the same whiney speed as my shopper lugging a lazy bird lol. I bought some solar panels for use with these bikes and you somehow feel totally ready for when the oil runs dry (all be it deludedly)

  • @camillionmonkey 10mph uphill eh? Paved or unpaved?

  • @toocool3 ok so the speedo wasnt calibrated lol it does 15mph motor only and 22mph max due to no gears on the rear now. So its more like 7mph up paved hills. I think Yours looks the buisness and has the cool factor and my creation looks a bit more school project. Used to do 22miles on sla's but now has a range of 30 miles ( iv had my spare 20ah ping lifepo4 pinched) she didnt like 14kgs of lead on the back for some reason.

  • @camillionmonkey I think I feel much safer on my bike. My life is worth more than $10,000.

  • @toocool3 for a lazy girl doing 12mph down the beach an old converted shopper fits the bill lol. My bike cost £3000 Orange Patriot with 20ah 24v lifepo4, 3 inch tyres, 205mm discs with 500w conhis front hub with shimano XT throughout with stratos mx6 oldschool triple forks.

Didnt mean to sound like I was putting it down Im just a bit surprised on the uphill speed which seems to be the downfall to even the most expensive legal bikes for sale hence why im sticking to conversions for now

  • @camillionmonkey It's not just speed, it's efficiency. The Optibike battery will last nearly the same going uphill or on a flat. How long does your battery last? I have never had a dead battery coming home.

  • @toocool3 Im still waiting on some spokes for mine so took the granny bike to my mates house 14 miles away yesterday. 28 miles at around 17 mph ave pedaling 10 seconds out of every 60 to give it a boost. My cellpro 10s charger says it replaced 12ah from the 20ah 24v pack. Voltage only dropped under 25v once up a hill and when nearly home. When this was on my 26" wheel bike it only got about 20 miles due to low rpm at the motor but on 20" wheels is hitting 2900rpm. Im amazed with it so far....

  • @camillionmonkey but I do live on the 95 percent flat coast and the only major hill is 350m long and forces at least half of all riders iv seen to walking it. It slowed to 10mph with pedalling at 60 percent effort from me. So I guess on the flat it will get far more miles than i thought but have no hills to do a real world range test. if it looked cool id do a video but it looks so naff and I got shouted at by kids. Maybe il take a baseball bat with me and do one when im bored. Happy cycling

  • @camillionmonkey in my city work is at least 10 miles away. I need to get to work in 27 minutes and I need a minimum of a 20 mile range for round trips. Only the Optibike can provide that range and speed. No other electric bike comes close. That's the fastest speed. If I reduce the speed to 17 mph, I get 40 mile range.

  • $10,000, that bike can't be that expensive...common u can buy a new car for that....this guy got rip off big time....hahahaha

  • @stangGTKKK187 you keep your car and your gasoline addiction. When gas goes up to 5 or 10 dollars a gallon, don't come crying to me.

  • WOW, this is more expensive than Zero X motorcycle which is definitely more fun to ride.

  • @gorodph try riding your zero x in the middle of the city bike lane.

  • Black and grey looks awesome. Have fun
