  • mud really jammed the wheel? that just doesnt seem possible but i guess if its a common problem then it really can. i would have thought the break was seized

  • Wet clay. We've had a similar situation on the 2010 edition of the Rallye Dalmatia. It never rains in ... therefore many people had brought a low fender, including me. Imagine about 15 people in a special section unpacking tools and removing the low fender. Some with double front break even had to remove one of the breaks to avoid the hoses getting entangled with the wheel. Major on-the-fly McGyvering in deep mud.

  • uk sucks no were too ride police taking bikes off owners looks so big there

  • KTM= Kant Talk Much

  • Aww that would really suck!

  • Hi dog, Is this footage with the New Canon ? It looks good, nice colours. By the way when we are off to Norway we are meeting up with aukanmeister, the youtube network grows and grows.

  • Yep. However I've put it up with low res. I'll give you a burst of full HD in the next day ot three.

Ah aukanmiester, send my regards. A small world indeed.

  • KTM = keep the mud, LOL

  • Did he crash first? That is what usually happens... He has now got a high fender kit, i take it?

  • Is this a common problem with the Kato and a low guard?

  • @edog200 Generally what happens with most low fender clearance. That mud looked kinda caked in there. Would have been easier for ya'll to scrap that gunk out or remove fender. Amazing how damaging it can be, I've had regular mud shred a tire, and then another time where Texas clay Tore up the tires, chain drive, suspension on my old XT which has a high fender. So really nobody's safe, but high fenders are easier to get your hand in when scraping it out.

  • wtf?

    is this a joke?

  • It's never happened to me, but this is a known issue on the low fender 640, and the 950. The 990 has a little different fender (higher). Get a high fender kit!

You live to tell the tale, so I guess you got it sorted;-D
