You can't deny the Holy Spirit if you don't know the Holy Spirit. It'd be great if you knew the Holy Spirit and loved the Holy Spirit because it's just amazing in every way. Aparently the holy spirit means our 'conciousness' or something to that effect. If so, I don't deny the holy spirit. I just deny calling it 'holy'. It's a human spirit and we should use it to exercize logic and reason to problems we face, rather than blaming all our problems on satan, and thanking God for every opportunity.

Actually according to science the Universe has not always been. IT started with a Bang. Who's to say God wasn't that bang? It's funny. I grew up going to Southern Baptist churches, and people would always say that those people going wacko, convulsing and screaming and whatnot, were possessed by the "holy ghost". I was often amused and frightened by that behavior. Why would you want to be possessed and made to act like a fool and possibly hurt yourself? No one ever explained this.... Oh well... Aparently the holy spirit means our 'conciousness' or something to that effect. If so, I don't deny the holy spirit. I just deny calling it 'holy'. It's one thing to be an atheist or christian. I think some atheists try to hard. They remind me of those crazy Muslims, Christians, etc who go to extremes. Many extreme atheists are simply the opposite of the crazy Christian coin but are oblivious to that fact. They think they have some higher understanding but fail to realize the same gaps in their science.

Oh, you can't just compare science and religion. Science is much more responsible for its answers, which are constantly modified. Religion doesn't explain anything at all. It just describes arbitrarily and forces people to buy it. By the way, what's this "extreme atheist" stuff? What would then be a "non-extreme atheist*"? Are you implying atheism is a religion?

the universe wasn't created, it has and always will be. There is no such thing as time as we think of it.We base time on the sun and rotations, without them time would be null to us. And at least our version of the creation of the universe "the big bang" has some evidence supporting it, unlike your version were a magical invisible man made it out of nothing.

Actually according to science the Universe has not always been. IT started with a Bang. Who's to say God wasn't that bang? Obviously in either theory creation or the bang there was a source of extreme energy that always existed according to the law of energy. Yes I believe in a magical man and you believe in a magic as well. That everything was created from nothing all of the sudden. Big Bang is only a theory, but it does have more evidence in favor that the idea that God organized Chaos. Now, who is to say it is God? Why not being more responsible for our ignorance and just recognizing there's no clear answer to the origin of Universe yet?
