Obviously she wasnt trying out. Shes in sandals, she's not recieting the cheer, and she just played out the toetouches. And I think if she WAS trying out, shed put a smile on.

i actually don't think any of those moves are illegal. you're allowed to move your hips in cheers. it would be illegal if anything was inappropriate or vulgar.
