@doomeaterman Personally I gave mine thawed out mice because theres a slight chance the live mice may damage the snake if it bites or claws the snake, just the safer option but its personal preferable really

@doomeaterman Most people have tons of trouble getting their snakes to eat frozen/thawed without literally starving the thing. Mine only takes live, but if frozen is an option for you and your snake then definitely go through with that = the mouse/rat cannot attack back, and any diseases or infections the rodent may carry is terminated once its been frozen.

Unfortunately my beautiful snake isn't with me anymore, it contracted an illness and to prevent anymore suffering I had it put to sleep. Only a month or so ago.....such a shame, it was a lovely reptile, not one bit of aggression about it :(

I want some type of snake so bad. One that'll get medium sized and doesn't move very fast. So you can just kind of let him/her slide around slowly on your arm/shoulder/neck.

i got my BP when he was 3 months old, had him 2 months now & handled him on the car in the way home & everyday at home & he absolutly loves it! has never missed a feed & always moving around his tank. You can open the door & he climbs out onto you.

Yes mate, best to leave them to get used to there surroundings really, i think for about 24hours! Then i got it out, like to handle it everyday for no longer than 20 mins at a time!
