  • love it! i've been playing rugby in america for 10 years and have only started crossfit about 5 months ago. before starting i had been out of training 6 months after a major surgery on my shoulder so i basically started from scratch with nothing but crossfit and after recently playing my first game back after injury i am thrilled with the results! eat right, train hard, play rugby, do crossfit, get chicks....yeeeee buddy! haha ps love the quote at the end. "just lift heavy fuckin weights."

  • Good job!! Specially for a sport like rugby... His clean is pretty good. He can move a consistent weight in good shape. If he would get better his technique he could do the jerk fine. He's not an olympic weightlifter and he still does a good work. Just excellent.
