Awesome! Rarely do I get an informative response, so cool. We're in Everett, WA, so we'll head along the Mountain Loop Hwy looking for campsites in two weeks. It appears there's a stretch of gravel or dirt road, so if we can navigate through it, we'll surely camp in Bedal, but might settle for something before it due to time constraints traveling. thanks again for the info!
@punkmechanicalkid You're practically my next-door neighbor. I'm in Mountlake Terrace! Yeah..follow the Mountain Loop Highway until it dead-ends. On your left, going downhill, will be a narrow gravel road, that winds around for a while. Take that to Bedal. Alternately, just for a hike, you can park where the highway ends, walk ahead thru the large gate there, and explore that trail. Have fun!
LOL! Funny video man, I came across this looking for videos on Bedal campground in Washington State... not sure if this is actually in Bedal, but you tagged the video with the word, "Bedal", so it might!
@punkmechanicalkid Hey, thanks for the comment, Punkmechanicalkid! Yes, this was actually done in the Bedal campground site! Cool site, too. River close by, abandoned farm house, close by, awesome waterfall, close by and a huge hiking trail to a spot called Round Lake. Overnight rates are very resonable. I've gone twice. If you go, take some pics and/or do a vid. We'd love to see it!!
