The banker was wanting to make a nail biting show, and he succeeded. Game shows are made so people watch them, enjoy it, and watch them again.
The money and people are just a means to an end. So although the bankers gamble was done in a bit of a weird spot, it actually makes perfect sense.

she dealt like two rounds before, she doesnt deserve the 250 what a fix, even her next round was good and the offer went up, i dont understand, why not offer the bankers gamble when it is one in 5, not 50 50, and the chance of winning 16 times more, it doesnt make sence, anyone would of done that, one p who cares, i bet you could sell it on ebay or something, why offer 30 k, then go back down to 17.5, then

I agree she SAID she wouldnt gamble with 1p on the board and would have taken the 30k plus horse riding.
This isnt fair on all the other people that have taken big risks and lost. Deal or no Deal is a gamblers game.
