I don't know who wrote the Swedish lyrics, but it's an old song called "Alice blue gown", written by Joseph McCarthy & Harry Tierny. Originally recorded by Edith Day in 1920 (also on here YouTube, from the musical "Irene") and recorded by many other artists ever since.
