  • Luke Rendel the drummer left Crisis in 78 & joined The Straps along with Stan Stammers before both leaving to form TO Hate after Kirk Brandons The Pack had split up. The Packs Werner brothers Simon & John & also PIL drummer Jim Walker then joined The Straps. Later on Crisis guitarist Lester Jones also played for The Straps for a short while in 1993 at Brixton Academy @ "Fuck Reading" gig supporting Sham 69.

  • "what about the Hammers???"

  • WE LOVE YOU DOUGLAS!!!

  • @RenoThelemaCrew ROFL, Brothers and Sisters :D Although I needed years to understand Death in June and that "they" aka DP are not Nazis (german disease, everything nazi is hated). Crisis was one of the best UK classic punk bands. Love them.

  • nonstop pogo

  • the band were god heads should have stuck around. REFORM. drummer luke rendel went to join theatre of hate

  • the classic punk guitar riff from the 80's

  • I like DIJ alot alot more, but this is really good too

  • I heard this band turned into neo nazis and changed their name to death in june. Is that true?

  • well, they changed their name into death in june, first they were from extreme left, then they used controversial images and subjects consisting of fascism, etc.

it isn't certain they're neonazis or not.

  • Danke, i was just curious.

  • Hello AnarchoAlan,

great job posting this, i wonder whether you could upload the song "discipline", another pearl of Crisis...

    Thanks & cheers

  • in the uk we still got human rights....

one starts wondering now... the uk is the most watched upon big brother country in the world, but it's the uk

  • I think pretty much every nation's anarchists/pseudo-commies/angry-at-society idiots think that just THEIR land is the worst and most watched upon big brother country...Fuck you, Big Brother is everywhere you go, you turds.

  • um no the UK is the most watchednation in the world...

  • Visit North Korea, GalfordHeat. Visit North-Korea. That will surely change your mindset to a more realistic direction.

  • anyone have any vinyl of this band for sale? if so let me know they're amazing and hard as fuck to find recordings of.

  • Great Band, Great Song!

  • awsome song

  • кризис в росии не раздобыть.они прикольные

  • Punk attack. in Italy we love Crisis! Carlo Giuliani live.

  • please up-load canada commando...

  • I like both Crisis and Death in June A LOT. Crisis, because they were skilled punk musicians; Death in June's music might be sort of simple, but combined with the lyrics it speaks to me like no other band's music does.

  • sometime move to one side to the other side is very easy...i saw a live gig of DIJ and they can blabla all they want but all the crowds was nazi's ,even the doors man was boneheads.

  • its hard to see how this band turned into death in june, even though they are both awesome

  • Crisis were a class act. The mini album Hymns of faith was good stuff....as for DIJ...well, not great stuff really...although people do get too hung up on the Nazi Imagery....

  • were you in Upright Citizens?

  • Saw them at a gig near the Elephant & castle London in the late seventies. Brings back some good memories. Thanks Any one got No Town Hall ?

  • Excellent track - anymore anyone.

Me and my brother put on a Crisis gig in Letchworth, Hertfordshire in 1979. It was our first attempt at promoting and it wasn't a success. However, lessons were learnt and there were many punk gigs that I was involved with in Stevenage after this.

  • I'm mates with Phrazer and love their music .I never got to see them live but a pub we go to does Punk dj nights. So having a few beers with the singer while listening to the old Crisis faves is the next best thing.
