It's by Morningmusume. It's the band that Kago and Tsuji were originally in (before they split off and became Double You).

This was definitely from the Hello! Project Summer 2005 concert DVD backstage extras. The dance is indeed from their then-unreleased next single, "Miss Love Tantei", but Takahashi's solo "Osaka Koi no Uta" wasn't until the Rainbow 7 Morning Musume concert tour in Spring 2006.

I think that's because they were still learning the dance. At this concert they performed Ai no Imi wo Oshiete! Miss Love Tantai was the single right after that. So I figure they were still learning the dance.
