Funny how the Destroyer tour didn't hit all major cities. Philadelphia & New York were never on the intinerary for this amazing tour that took KISS to greater heights.

I saw the Destroyer tour in Toronto, one of the first stops on the tour. They had an entire burnt out city for a stage just like the album cover. It must have been too hard to set up for this show. What an amazing concert for a 14yr old. BOC opened.

I always liked this show! I don't understand why though they played Anaheim versus Dodger Stadium, since Anaheim at the time was in the middle of nowhere, knowing O'malley, he probably wanted way too much play at Dodger Stadium.

That's the biggest hair I ever saw on Paul! God Damn! Whoever posted that Gene was playing prerecorded bass is totally wrong. Gene has always played his instrument very well. You can't use prerecorded bass unless the drums are also prerecorded; which they were not! You can also hear when Gene makes minor mistakes because he is actually playing his bass while running around on stage!

this was my first concert and I never heard of any of the bands that played at this one. bob seger, montrose, Ted nugent and KISS. Everyone had there faces painted like the kiss members .I had to keep a close eye out not to lose my cousin and her 3 friends in this huge stadium. My first time away from my home that summer,I was 14. it was awesome.
