@CGT867 - How true! ARTC now stands for Australian Rough Track Corporation. With over twenty years driving experience on the railway in NSW, I’ve never seen the main south between Sydney and Melbourne in such poor and dangerous condition. And all this, because ARTC did such a cheap upgrade job when they spent over a billion dollars of your tax payer money on replacing wooden with cement sleepers.
The ARTC upgrading of the Melbourne - Sydney line should be included in this series! What a disaster!
