This footage is from the early to mid 90's and is on its 31st year running. Saturdays there is a road rally hill climb and mud bog, no more truck pull, then Sunday is the all-terrane. There is lots of new footage of the event check out pemberton 4x4 rally 2008 and go from there.

Yeh throttle happy people are good. But what's the point in sticking a massive motor in a 4x4 that you want to A- go through water so it will drown anyway and B- get stuck in mud cos your digging yourself a huge hole.

Why can't you just use on with a diesel engine cos if you've got a snorkel you can't drown.

One question, why do people go fast when off- roading, or at least that fast any way?
