another great vid ! I have a squirrel skin that was salt cured then rubbed with linseed oil. That skin is now 35 yrs old ! Squirrel makes good leather !

I have only tried the Brain method once, but i left it too long i think and the skin went almost see through, lol,

I will definetily try it again though, i still have about 20 rabbit skins and a few squirrel skins that i preserved by drying them out with salt,

There is so much info out there on bushcraft and wilderness hunting. I heard that the hanging skull was the other way around. What ever was still hanging was recently hunted and should not be hunted to allowed them to repopulate. What ever had dropped to the ground had not been hunted for a while and was now fair game.

But I could be wrong.
