Yes. Each winner of the lottery is entitled to two tickets a piece, for at total of 50 dollars, or 25 if you only need one. If you don't need the other one, they will draw an extra name for someone who only needs one seat.
Aw, thats so sad! Its like the last video. It was freezing and you lost. Thats sad! When I went to NYC last November I looked lke an IDIOT I had so many layers and hat and gloves on. It was still worth watching. :)
