Do not buy this sweeper. If it breaks after the 90 day period you will have to buy another one. Bissell will send you in return a broken sweeper that does not work as a replacement. I got mine yesterday and it was bad and smelled of burned rubber and nothing came out of the hose. Hillsboro Vac had it for 4 months and never communicated with me at all they could not get the part to get the hose to suck up suds again. I am turning this over to the AJS office here in Oregon. Bissell SUCKS BAD.

I had one and it broke after 4 months. Took it to Hillsboro Vacumn and they had it for 4 months and never called me to say they could not get the part to make the hose suck up suds again. Called Bissel and they sent me a bad and broken sweeper that smelled like burned rubber and the water would not come out of the hose. They did it on purpose. Do not think they will make good on this model. I am calling the Oregon AJ office because I was RIPPED OFF. I hate Bissel ALOT.
