@Attaxable stop eating so many carbs and increase your protein and vegies . and your water intake. do the math take your current weight and divide by 2 and thats how many oz of water you need a day. have high protein low carb shake in the am and for the rest of the day try to limit the bad carbs sweets ,sugar soda etc.... and of course exsercize.
