im not a hater, but how does zac brown, who does seem like a nice guy but "toes "sounds justlike jimmy buffet, and lady gaga, who sounds AND looks like madonna, sell 2 milllion albums while CH has some bushwak judge tell him he took an aussie folk song and turned it into "down under"?... life aint fair
is a great love song... I can't think of any better. Pretty much all my male friends that have one through a breakup now have this on their ipods... and they all say it makes them feel stronger... and happier... in dealing with loss and moving on.
this is the song that was playing in my headphones at the moment of my mother's death.. and it still hurts in the most healing way possible. thank you for posting this amazing performance vid
It was used in 'Garden State'. Which is that movie written by that little guy from 'Scrubs'. It's an awesome song and the movie's really good too. Kinda sweet.
Great recording. I've seen him live. It might have been that year or maybe a year before at The Corner. He's so polished but you still know by the individuality of his performance that he's a bloke on stage with a guitar. A truly awesome live performer.
@WeLoveOurTragedies .......for my soulmate, by love, my best friend of years, there will never be enough tequila, or open road for our Harley to get over you. So I wont. Even after all these years.

The little guy's name is Zach Braff, and he's also written "The last kiss" which is a great movie. Zach Braff is basically brilliant.

Great work in holding the camera steady during this very touching performance! Not easy to do in a crowded club, I'm sure.
