You can be narcisistic about it or you can just love the sport for yourself. I personally just love the way the body can look, wether it's on myself or anyone else for that matter. It takes a lot of dedication as well, which I think is actually quite the opposite of narcisism. It humbles you.

"pro gym" he is a realli sound on guy honestly? i was able to talk with him about anything i wanted? all my questions awnserd fully and honestly with great advice? i greatly admire him as a 16 year old hopefull. zach told me he started competing when he was 17:D as a natural? untill the age of 24? he is now 29? great admiration?... wish him the best in the future with his pro carrer.

Guys like this sacrifice it all to be the biggest bodybuilder, why not get into great condition and be the best. take a look at all the mass monsters from the past. Nassar, Jean Pier fux, they are all in iv bags trying to stay alive in some hidden house in a town in europe nobody can track with a gps. @mikthe2004 Growth hormone is responsible for that. They don't just make muscle grow bigger but internal organs as well I think. I think they could temper a bit. Midsections and if you ask me overall shape, though not size, have declined since the use started.

That's because the biceps are two heads of muscle and the triceps have three, therefore you pronounce those muscles as plural even when referring to one arm. I see many people making this same mistake.
