Pretty cool. do you plan on building one and putting it on u tube? check out my video. im going to have a new one using 2000 volts DC. using charging chokes. works well but im still working out some bugs. anyway great job man.
hey careica, i did all that like what it shows in your video, but mine does not make a spark? or maybe its the triac thing that im missing? what is it exactly? or do i also have to have the drill switch?
great! ur actually online!! about the screw, what i mean is.. so u have + and - going to the screw right? and if i got right, the positive wire end goes to the head part of the screw? then the negative wire end to the pointed tip part of the screw? does the copper of the wire actually touches the screw or is lifted so that it creates the spark? is that it?? thanks much!!!
You connect screw to positive, and cooper wire to negative. Then you bring positive wire close to screw and it should start spark. Ofcorse you need electrolyte. Water + baking soda, and much of soda!
hi careica! great job man, how come videos of spark cell in crob227 page is all gone? anyway, i would like to ask... so the screws, the positive end goes to the head part of the screw? then the negative end to the tip part of the screw? and can u explain whats the ee for? how about the volt that u use and how much amp it draws? sorry for the questions! lol i just really interested in these cell design
Screw is positive cooperwire is negative. I did run this using 12V 7Ah battery. Ampers draw about 5A. EE is for caughting oxygen and turn it back to electicity.
So you put 12v in and it pulls electrons out. Nice!
Can you describe how the EEC ring would be configured as far as their location in relation with the plates. I hear it is supposed to be directly above the output. Sorry, im used to tube cells...
You can still use that Electron Extractor whit your tube cell. So you can test it. That ring can be stainless steel, or aluminium, or cooper etc. I did use aluminium.
When you do this you need to monitor the current in both legs +ve and -ve (2 digital meters) note the change in current when you connect the extraction ring. If electrons are donated out of water +ve terminal current should increase there should be no corresponding increase in the current in the negative lead.
I already did this test but would like to hear your results.

You dont need triac, you don't need swich. What power suply are you using? Did you put enought soda? Are your screw zink?

Where is the amp consuming device located on your diagram?
carbednotch 3 years ago
What you mean by amp consuming device? You mean my amp meter?
It was going by negative wire from battery to cell.
Careica 3 years ago
amp consuming device is anything that uses electricity. It could be a fan or LED for example.
Thanks!
carbednotch 3 years ago
Aaa! You mean load. Yes I did put LED and it did go bright.
Careica 3 years ago
is that "ring" in the water bath?
carbednotch 3 years ago
Yes it is.

What is the thin upper ring?

It's called a Hoffman Apparatus
Jdlifsey 3 years ago
Eh? I tought Stan Meyers did this.
Careica 3 years ago
Same ol' thing just renamed
Jdlifsey 3 years ago
stan did a lot of that...

Thanks icould problydo the dam with my thermos. mind if i steal the idea?
crob227 3 years ago
Hell no! Steal my idea, thats why we are in group.
I did steal your screws idea :D
I will continue building this tonight.

Hello, nice presentation!
So does this ring collect a positive charge to go back to the battery? Is that what the electron extraction is?
Thank you.
BasementBen 3 years ago
Yes. m3sca1 said that Meyers did this method too. This will increase efficency of the cell.
I hope so!
