  • terrible, the bottom 3rd is the part the chest is most used. If you wanted to do triceps, bench press is not the way to go about it. This is totally useless.

  • @asdfghjklkjhgfdsa555 This is meant for neural overload, as well as blasting the triceps. Put on a shit ton of weight and then see.
