Someone can tell me where this fire was, when, how it started and how it ended?

If this information would be available this video could be used for training purposes.

I did understand that the fire engulfed oil in barrels that were exploding one after the other, but if the combustible was other please correct me.

fire fighters couldnt get near the fire until the explosions stopped, they tried for 24 hours and then it took hundreds of people another 3 and half days to put out the fires, i live 0.75 miles away and slept through it
