In the preview for this weeks issue of "Thunderbolts" they explain right-off-the-bat that Natasha has been posing as "Blonde Widow" (that's what I call'er) Norman brought her into the T-Bolts.

So, yeah, it was her in the "Magnum Opus" story with Deadpool. But she does say "Deadpool literally owes me his head."
