There is no historic Palestine. The area Israel lives on was Jewish before Arabs conquered it from the Romans, and before Islam existed. The occupied territories are historic Judea and Samaria. Even the Arabs referred to it as Judea and only changed the name recently because of the ridiculousness of the statement "Jews are illegally occupying Judea".

Israel has borders. The disputed territories they will negotiate when Palestinians decide to. Palestinians consider all of Israel to be Palestine.
