Once the owner found out that you were coming, he quickly finished the job with another bullet(s) and the buried the evidence so you wouldn't see it. I'm sure if you had the body, a vet could have come up with enough evidence to convict this man. You are a wonderful person for speaking out and fighting for these animals. I wish there were more like you. I owned a rescue saint bernard for 7 years, until her age caught up with her. She has a wonderful life and was so beautiful and loving. This video made me sick to my stomach. I can't even imagine someone could do this, let alone deny it. The pictures taken by the officer accompanying this update support the officer's observation that the 3 dogs are currently in good condition. The Cambria County Humane Society has the authority to bring animal cruelty charges against Robert Stephey of Case Avenue. They must conduct an investigation and then present that evidence to the district attorney in that jurisdiction for prosecution. The police surely are not going to do it!

Call the Cambria Humane Society and demand that they open an animal cruelty case!

you need to contact me. i have a major bone to pick with the west hills police and the way they run things. i am a dog lover and i have 3 dogs my neighbor called his buddy the chief telling him i was running an illegal dog kennel and he ran right over for a BOGUS tip from a friend. this needs to be addressed and we need to protest or form an organization! anything!

This Dog deserved BETTER !!! Poor baby !! How can I help ? If you post the phone numbers it would help the viewers? The owner should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. West Hills police should also have done something cuz it looks like this abuser has priors. I believe there should be a website much like the sex offender site but features animal abusers so the public can look to see if there is any chance of giving an adopted dog to an abuser again. Shame on this guy and the police.
