If you watch carefully, you can tell this is sped up: in-game character is extremely fast, some of the dude's arm movements are jerky in a way that can only be done if FF'd, they move fast at the end, and the screen at the end is (Still) moving fast.

On SuperNOVA (not the second one as that one's different) you just have to get AA on a Heavy song for your last stage. Then you get Extra stage. If you complete a red song on your Extra stage, you get One More Extra - which on SN is Chaos.
