What beautiful decorating! I love the natural beachy theme and just might do a little of that next year. I've been sticking to snowmen, candy canes and the usual Christmasy things, but your theme is soft, relaxing and I love the fact that you are focused on the reason for the season.

I totally agree @Southwestfancy, These are from a year ago and since then I have invested in a few awesome toys... great lighting which will help my videos look less yellow when shot at night, cordless microphones for better audio and a new lens for my Canon 90D camera for better close ups. The new Christmas videos I do this year should reflect all of these upgrades :-)

Your decorating ideas are wonderful!~ I watch again and again each year! Here in Georgia the Christmas Tree farms and lots actually give away the trimmings from the trees. My husband is the outside lawn and garden manager at Lowes so I get all I can use and then some. Id be glad to ship some to you if you might have FedEx or UPS account. I love all of your Christmas decorating, but the thing I love the most about your mantle is that it looks sort of like something you would see underwater. Even though you decorated with evergreens, it looks more coastal. The ribbon, the free flowing sprigs of this and that along with your shells, give it a real under the sea look. (At least to me) Just stunning! I wish that I had your gift for design! I'm working on it!! ;) Thanks so much for making such inspiring videos!

I bought my christmas tree not so long ago and it cost me i think 30 $ canadian. It's like 6 feet tall. The bigger ones runs for about 40-50$ i think. 300$ US for branches is ridiculus! Just buy a tree and cut them out lol

I love your videos...My Christmas tradition (I'm a mom & a new 1st time Grandma this year) is to buy ornaments @ the day after Christmas sales of what was popular that year that my children were in to. It is neat to open it the following year & see if the kids still like it as much as they did the year before (usually they do not) LOL. Plus when you see them all on the tree it brings back memories of their childhood. I have Pokemon, Bratz, Jonas Brothers, Mickey Mouse, & Tons more...:)

I just love your style and taste! This is so gorgeous, and I love the series you are doing. Im so glad you mentioned in one of the other videos that these decorations are collected over time. My husband and I are in our first house and I feel sad because when we lived in an apartment it felt like we had so many Christmas decorations. Now that they are spread all over the house it seems so sparse. Cant wait to add more to my holiday decor!

Just do the best you can with what you have or can afford to add this year. Then buy up at the after Christmas sales :-) ... For now..I'd suggest you group your things together. They don't need to be spread out so far. Grouping will make a bigger impact where you do have decorations :-) Hope this helps, RR

we use that tree because our house is being remoled and we had to re-build a part and stuff, so yeah.... later on, we'll buy a new xmas tree and i'll place it near the fireplace..
