i don't think so... paul does not want fame but that doesn't mean he is not needed with the group... the band made it with him that is why he is needed to be in the band... when paul left the band was dropped by columbia and it is because the band cannot stand without a 4th member who has been the 1st member... all the 4 of them contributed a lot with their fame besides paul co-wrote citm
