Please do not go raw vegan. I tried it for long time it works badly. Well at least for bodybuilding XD. Iam a vegan for quite a while and been building muscle on legumes. Guess what i realize that human body needs a lot less protein than most "science" are telling. The 1,4 to 2 grams of protein for people who do sport is to much. I been able to build lean muscle with half of that protein and so quickly. In fact when i reduce the protein intake the gains where faster.
