Although I complain often about pointless reality TV... I thoroughly enjoyed this and wish I would have taken part in the contest.

Kudos to Urijah for coming out of the closet and being the first openly gay mixed martial artist. It took a lot of courage to do that, and I admire him for it. He has certainly beaten plenty of "straight" fighters at their own game. I don't know about you guys - but watching two 135 pounders go at it (about the size of an average high school freshman), I'd rather watch grass grow. But hey - although Urijah is gay, at least he's not flaming about it!

As a chef I can offer some egg poaching tips: Have a small saucepan about 1/2 full of water with about a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice. Bring the water to just under a boil about 180 to 190 degrees Swirl the water and drop in the egg. allow to cook until the whites are solidified (about 2 min) and you should be good to go.
