  • that had to be touching his fucking brain!

  • @dianelovesbsl Hey there , it's dr Halim . You've got it right . If it bursts then it really hard excising the whole cyst wall , meaning recurrence. However , if the cyst has been infected before the patient got it excised , chances are the cyst will burst. That's why you shouldn't wait once yu feel you've got a cyst . According to your case , and why they keep recurring , maybe it's familial ? Did ur parents gettem

  • That Awkward Moment When You Have To Explain To People Why You Have A Huge Dent In Your Head.

  • Ord Ab Chao! Order out of chaos is the gameplan of the enemy!

  • very impressed he got it out in one go, usually they burst easily! I had 2 removed from my head but they wasnt as big as urs, trouble is they can come back! sigh!

  • LOL

My sister came in at 5:49 and said '' Is that brain?'''

  • They start cutting at 3:15 ^_^

  • Have you all read the description?

If Yes, you have read it, you'll be fine.

For the other ones, they will be using their bare fingernails as premium tools in determining And removing blackheads, pimples, boils, cysts ... moles, ulcers, cancer ulcers...etc.

That's what I see in Youtube user's videos. They sometimes have in the end confessed they ended up visiting a doc. I wonder how many did not confess the outcome.

Now, how about leaning towards to consult someone Pro?

    Goddamnit.

  • They just removed your brain...dude

  • Uhgg I was just watching Westling

  • Ask yourself WHY DO WE WHATCH THIS SHIT?

  • @Orpxl Because...it's SCIENCE!

  • So you can afford some pretty damn good medical cover, but can't afford a decent camera? Give it 6/10

  • Great work and very steady hands! I like the commentary between the doctor and patient, very casual and relaxed...

  • مرحبا، لدي سؤال حول كيف يمكن الحصول على هذه الصورة هو معد أم ماذا؟

  • Was it a girl or a boy?

  • Where's the assistants PPE? Shouldn't she be wearing eye protection in the sterile room?

  • There goes my lunch....

  • Sounds like they have way to many Leaders & no followers!!!...LOL!!!

  • The detailed description makes the video complete. Although it doesn't cover everything, it helps to have some questions answered before they're asked.

  • this made my head hurt where i had my cyst.. im pretty sure in a few years mine will fill up again lol

  • For some reason the fact that it's on his head makes it 20x more gross.

  • Damn..........is it a meatball?

  • zijn hersens komen er uit whahah

  • After watching over 20 monstrous zit/cyst/boil poppings, I've finally come to one that has a clean removal with the whole thing intact. My life is now complete.

  • FFS! Am tired and when I glanced at the title I misread excision for explosion, wasted a good 7 minuets here :/

  • It's a boy!

  • Very Nice, Clean Removal. Bravo!

  • Very professional, great video.

  • Go To 3:06

There I Just Saved You From 3 Minutes Of BullShit

  • fentanyl = synthetic heroin analogue. No WONDER the patient looked so blissfully happy to be under the knife! ;) That said, very nice clean removal! I always thought the biopsy-punch removal was quickest and cleanest, especially for one that size, but you did a nice careful job of not rupturing it, nor cutting away so much skin as to leave a massive scar after. Thank you for posting!

  • More satisfying than porn.

  • @invasiondomination ....umm ....i think i will stick with porn!!..

  • @invasiondomination it's pure porn for a microbiologist!

  • its a meatball !

  • i had one in same place and same size for about 5 years . my doctor took it out and im happy i have done this . stitches for about week . its like you took alien out .

  • there convo:

What is Osama Bin Laden's favorite football team?

    The New York Jets.

bahahaha, time to operate... staby staby cutty cutty

  • i totally thought it looked like a beetle at first :O

  • @TheBigLeeg Heyy sorry for late reply. Yes you're right if the cyst wall is still present then for sure that sebum will fill that potential cavity . Also it's cleaner .

  • im NOT in that weird part of you tube again the internet is a screen that lets you meet any one on EARTH!! that weird anuff as is

  • AT LAST! A PROPER REMOVAL. I'VE SEEN VID AFTER VID IN WHICH THET SLICE AND SQUEEZE PUSS. 90% OF THE TIME IGNORING THE CAPSULE(SACK) THAT ENVELOPES THE INFECTIOUS PUSS. OF THESE VIDS,THE FEW THAT DO ACKOWLEGE THE CAPSULE, JUST HACK AT THE CAPSULE REMOVING IT IN PEICES. NOW FINALLY I GET THE SATIFACTION OF SEEN THE JOB DONE RIGHT!AWESOME!!!

  • Top 10 Superbad Funniest Moments led me to this video..

  • at 6:03 is that someones ringyone?

  • @EliteBushido It's called local because only the area that's operated on , can't perceive pain . General anesthesia is when your totally knocked out .

  • How the hell did i get here from kittens vs apples!?

  • @Bianca16161616 cause its what youtube suggested

  • @EdwardLolington - How intelligent Edward...LMAO

  • just get the vacuum on that thing

  • That is fcuking rank!!!

  • ARGUE... AND DO IT ALREADY!

  • omg!!! i bet that hurt :/

  • Damn! they didn't give him sleeping gas?

  • damn they pulled a golf ball out of this guy's head :/

  • @EdwardLolington - why do people like you get on here and spew your hatred? Only reason I can think is that you can't say this garbage to anyones face, you have to hide and hurl insults then duck and hide again. You are part of a huge problem in this world, it is called hatred...

  • I heard of a sebaceous cyst from That 70's Show lol I wasn't even looking for this

  • I have no clue man. For all I know, they could be Italian. However I think they're French. Swear to God I heard Bonjour in there.

  • Also did this Cyst involve either the Epidural or To the Subdural Mater? Being that this is located where hair would cover the wound (eventually). Would a deformity be that obvious? Finally, after removal of the cyst, Did the hospital cafeteria have to FIGHT pathology for "First Come...First Served'?

  • How many cm/mm was this cyst? Mine was the size of a pea and I could not stand it! What made the patient decide that NOW was the time? It looks about the size of a golf ball or in this case "goof-ball"

  • Question. Which country was this filmed in. Israel, The United States, India, Greece, Russia, Austria, or Czech-Slovakia?

  • @WhiteWraith1995 MD's sound from India with a little English mixed in. Words such as suturing, Lidocaine, bleeding and "Grab That Meatball for Lunch!" are heard!

  • @WhiteWraith1995 egypt

  • I thought that was a beetle at first...

  • it luk like a yellow beetle

  • you've struck gold!!!

  • @crystaldrury15 A sebaceous cyst occurs when the duct of the sebaceous gland gets blocked. These glands are microscopic glands in the skin that secrete sebum. When the duct is obstructed , the gland keeps producing sebum but there is no way out. That's when the cyst occurs. As for your other question , no it will not grow back because I excised it from its very core , all intact . Finally I gave the patient local anaesthesia , he was awake but felt absolutely nothing :)

  • @drhalimgrace Hi! IF...NOT excised/treated post op by followup evals some Cysts may return, but not as much. MD's have told me that the scalp (head) does not in itself have many nerve (sensory) pain ends. So in some instances I have treated patients who felt no pain during suturing. BUT STAPLING THE SCALP is different! I was hit in the head (crown/top) & MD said I only needed five staples. JESUS H....CH! (excuse me) That felt like a HAMMER AND 18 pt. NAILS GOING INTO MY HEAD!

  • @drhalimgrace local anesthesia? why is it called local

  • @drhalimgrace Excellent workmanship. 98% of the vids I've reviewed lack the removal of the capsule(sack). Those that do adress it tend to 1st squeeze the contents from the cyst then do an inept job of hacking away at what is part of the capsule. ultimately, leaving me with the impression that the cyst will return. Would you agree?

  • @drhalimgrace Thank God that you are knowledgeable and thorough; I am having the same procedure done in the same spot for the 3rd time because 2 seperate doctors did not remove the cyst wall and core. I pray the Lord sends me a blessing in the form of a doctor who knows what to do this time.

  • @LoveTeeC You sir, are gross.

  • What causes this kind of cysts did the doctor say?will it grow back?wow that was something else great!!i hope it didn't hurt cause it sure looked like it??

  • Hello everyone.

To get a faster view of the cyst off his head, please do go to 7:20.

If that helped you, you are very welcome :)

  • My younger sister walked in and said "are they performing a lobotomy" I cracked up cause it would seem that's what they would be found if you didn't read the description

  • @EdwardLolington It's funny that you'll now suddenly just repeat what I said, and try and pretend as though it was your stance this entire time in order to backpedal and save face. You're pathetic, and I'm done with you. I'm sure you'll count this as a "win" like a right proper little troll.

  • @EdwardLolington

When someone as misinformed as yourself is the only other person speaking, appearing smart is really somewhat of a foregone conclusion. You completely disregard medical fact, and refuse to acknowledge that you are now, and were wrong from the start. It makes little difference. People as ignorant as you will never know the world but through your limited scope of understanding based upon your bigotry.

  • I am shocked and disgusted at some of the derogatory comments and foul language that appears here. Is it actually possible that you could make your point without the useless, demeaning vocabulary? I thought we'd come further along in treating others with respect and dignity. I am sorry for all of you that feel better than the rest of us when you are, in fact, the ones to be pitied.

  • @rose0500 - Don't let the troll bother you. Edward is one of those wimpy pimple faced teens that is trying to build his self esteem, so he hurls insults in cyber space and then hides behind his computer like the little weiner that he has...err I mean that he is...LOL

  • You fools!! You removed his brain!!!

  • @EdwardLolington

No, actually it isn't. If it were mutually exclusive to hygiene, then there would be far less cases of it in first world countries amongst people whom bathe regularly.

There are some hereditary causes and hormonal causes. The most common cause being swollen or damaged follicles or glands. This may (not the same word as "is") be caused by a lack of poor hygiene. It can also be a bi-product of dumb luck.

Next time you try and spout universal fact...learn what a fact is.

  • @EdwardLolington

Don't say that. There are alot of people who lack sense of hygene. I know of a lady who no longer does bikini waxing after she did it for a white woman. She was so disgusted by the dirt accumulated there along with the hair.

  • @mariababyface - ewww,,that doesn't surprise me. It is a known fact that beautiful sex symbol Marilyn Monroe didn't bathe regularly. She didn't wash her hair either. Racist idiots like Edward living in their sick trollish fantasy world want to think they are superior and cleaner than anyone else. Edward, go spew your hatred on one of those aryan brotherhood websites, they will welcome you with open arms.

  • @EdwardLolington

And that comment, you uneducated shitbird, is a good indicator for what an idiot you are. A sebaceous cyst is not necessarily the bi-product of uncleanliness.

  • it reminded me of the eye from lord of the rings

  • was that a rake at 4:53?

  • Look's like a feckin meatball !

  • my head started itching.......

  • "Holly Smoke,,, they're extracting Quato from Total Recall!"

  • less talking more cutting n squeezing

  • Slice and squeezzze already...

  • I can't understand why pple let this cyst grow so damn big! GeeWiz!

  • 4% paypal fees?

  • Fuck that, if someones gonna be poking at my skull i better be knocked out first

  • his brain is comming out =O

  • Anyone wanna play ping pong??!!

  • This was recommended to me because I watched a video entitled "dancing with the break dancers UH YEAH" In which a British girl dances with break dancers.

    I am missing the connection.

  • Unfortunately the only surgeon on call was a proctologist.

  • He's telling the patient, "Relax, this won't hurt me a bit."

  • how did I get here.....

  • is that a dinasour egg on that head ??

  • I think it winked at me!

  • too much talking..wtf!

  • that's a 3rd eye ball.

  • how many people does it take to do this? it looks like there r 10 people for this one little cyst

  • @llcar0031 I'm guessing they're either med. students or residents. Did you know they have to go through 5 YEARS of residency??! Crazy.

  • 7:33 cute :)

  • Who is doing the surgery? The Taliban?

  • Lmaooooo ya that's right.......:/

  • @delharimgrace it's discussing anyway.......:&

  • Same here Lolz

  • i keep asking myself why im still wathing this.

  • just stick the knife in stop messing about :)

  • Why was it yellow to start

  • @alishamarie29 I think that's the betadyne solution they use to clean the area with.... it is sort of a yellow/orange color.

  • looks like popcorn!!!

  • I want 1 of those little fork things!!!!

  • @MrsJanelEvans1508 I watched a procedure once that had them, but on a grander scale, they were called rib spreaders, pretty much self explanatory.

  • Absolutely flawless technique , cyst was intact , patient was calm. Beautiful sir !

  • I just have to click on another one of these videos.....

  • was that his brain that they just removed?

  • The excision was perfect.

Was this a student? I never use vol.

It seems to me they were taking too much time

It would make me nervous knowing I had a surgical wound open for that length of time.

Even though the room is "sterile" still......germs, ya know...

I think I would be like get it out and go!!!

  • @mothereruption65 u think thats bad? i had one removed from my back, all they had on was gloves, no surgery room, it was removed from my back, and no that is about how long it takes, mine took 10 minutes too. unfortunatly the sac had ruptured before the surgery so they took out bits and pieces of it then had to SCRAPE out the rest, got it on video, it's nasty

  • "FISH BLEEDING COLLACE" 03:28

  • @theblacksheep1000 " mafesh bleeding khalis " there is no bleeding at all in arabic

  • very good, but very long, need to edit, more views for sure then

  • Throw that in vinegar in a glass bottle and keep it for generations to come. "this is daddies little gross zit for being dirty"

  • I thought epinephrine was the drug that minimized bleeding. Also, why was the surgeon and nurse dressed in sterile garb but no one else was that was near the patient. Overkill??? Nice excision. That was a large cyst for the head.

  • @valleyjulie epinephrine is what they use when someone's having an allergic reaction. epi-pen.

  • Good technique, nice steady hands ... patient appears happy and calm ... Well done Dr. Halim :)

  • Daffy.. Enjoy !
