Ive watched u and even tried pole lessons on youtube and im awful do u have any tips. Pole dance take practice and strength and good form is a must to prevent injury too. I have lessons on studio veena that are great for beginners. Feel free to check out the free samples on the site. Most import thing for spins warm up and keep your shoulders back and down.

That was sublime, sensual dancing, Veena. I really liked the back bridge on the floor at 1:27 and the later back bend from the pole at 2:06. Nice one handed chopper and flatline scorp slide at 3:00! I guess it's no secret that I really LOVE long hair--it's probably my only Neanderthal trait in my marriage. Laurie cut it short once and I pouted and sulked like a baby for weeks, LOL! What can I say? I was one of those high school boys that had that famous poster of Farah Fawcett in the 1970's
