I don't understand why you guys are such critics, this guy is a great instructor. Keep in mind the videos he posts are all less than 1:30. You can't teach a whole lot in that amount of time. I've been in MMA for 7 years and I know what he is showing in a minute took me a month or two to properly perfect. I want to see any of you kids hit the mats with him.

gangstabo is totally right if you disagree with him you obviously dont know shit. this guys technique is terrible he could'nt tap anyone who knew a couple of escapes.Does not pinch his legs together in any of his armbar vids and does not secure the arm correctly first either. His triangle choke vid is just totally fuck i could go on picking holes but i dont wanna belittle the guy i just dont think he should be teaching ground work an mma when he is obviously a total amature.

This guy is a joke, watch his other videos. all of his video lack alot of technique and he talks alot about judo, which means he's prolly a judo guy which makes alot of sense on why he is a horrible instructor for MMA.

there are too many hole in the way he teaches this armbar. Anybody who trains long enough knows to keep your posture up in somebody's guard. when he traps the guys arm supposedly(he showed more of a feeding gesture) he doesn't say anything about keeping the guys posture down. another thing is he is facing the guys head when he finishes, Good bjj technique would be facing towards the feet anticipating the roll of your opponent to finish your opponent from there.
