if that dog is old then he would lose he teeth. especially in an environment like that. But most dogs do lose their teeth at an older age.

@oasisdreams Not a properly cared for dog. A dog that is cared for in the way it is supposed to be shouldn't just lose teeth, and more importantly, not all of them. I've been the proud owner of many dogs, worked for animal control shelters, and I've seen dogs of all ages, not one that was properly fed and cared for just lost teeth.

I'm pretty sure the dog is toothless because he/she is old. But, because of that, the dog would have to eat wet food. Dogs do not knock their teeth out on purpose. If they did, -I've yet to see it- it could probably be contributed to severe tooth problems. If a domestic animal is toothless, that means either another animal or a human is responsible.

yea they did mention something about the age, but it happens in our pet dog only a 2 years old. in my place we are living in a sort of tropical Forrest and the dog bites the coconut shell and the tooth worn off. silly dog.

yah i seen worse there was one that every cm of the dog was covered even between the toes with ticks and they just left it and the dog was dehydrated they said if they waited one more day the dog would of died

Not all parolees are street people. They could have been your neighbors. Drugs do bad things to good people. I think this is a good way to give them a purpose again. Anything that helps them stay straight.
